At Sugar Fayre the personal touch and attention to detail is always our aim. Usually the bride will visit us to discuss the making of her own special cake – the focal point of the wedding feast.

Ideally we prefer a minimum of three months notice prior to the big day, so that the fruit cake, made with the finest ingredients, will have time to mature.

Each cake is baked for the individual, so if the bride would prefer something different then alternatives to the traditional fruit cake are available.

We specialise in wired sugar flowers and pride ourselves on being able to reproduce practically any flower thus enabling us to echo the bride’s bouquet if that is what she wishes.

These floral decorations can be kept as a beautiful reminder of a very special day. We can also echo any lace or embroidery designs from the bride’s gown as a decorative finish, thus truly personalising you cake.

As part of the service we will deliver the cake to your chosen venue and set it all up for you and obviously if you need a cake stand then that will be provided free of charge (depending on venue a returnable deposit may be charged).

Of course it’s not just weddings that are special occasions so whatever the event let us create that special cake for your celebration.
